Pudding Candy Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pkg of pudding mix (butterscotch, small)
1 c of sugar (granulated)
1/4 tsp of vanilla
1/2 c of milk (evaporated)
1 Tbsp of margarine
1/8 tsp salt
Nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Instructions:
Combine the butterscotch mix with the sugar on a medium-sized saucepan then add the milk, margarine, and salt. Cook over moderate heat while constantly stirring until mixture has boiled. Reduce the heat; allow to boil for another three mins still continue stirring.
Take the saucepan out from the heat then add the vanilla and the nuts. Whisk while it is still hot. When the color isn’t bright anymore, scoop spoonfuls and place onto parchment paper and let it set.
