Peanut Confection Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp of butter (unsalted)
2 c of sugar (brown)
1/2 c of light cream or milk
1/4 tsp of salt
2/3 c of toasted peanuts; peeled then chopped
Instructions:
Melt the butter inside a saucepan then add cream and sugar; boil then leave it to simmer 240 degrees F on the sugar thermometer. Take out the saucepan from heat then whisk until creamy and thick. Fold in nuts and salt; incorporate well. Transfer the batter over greased cooking sheet then allow to cool before slicing it to bars.
