Peanut Butter Drops Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c of corn syrup (light)
1/2 c of sugar (granulated)
1 c of peanut butter (premium quality)
1 tsp of vanilla
5 c of cereals (Nestle Cornflakes)

Instructions:

Mix the sugar and syrup inside a saucepan and let it boil. Mix in peanut butter then take out the saucepan from heat. Add cornflakes and vanilla; incorporate well. Scoop a teaspoonful of the mixture onto a parchment paper. Let it cool and store inside airtight jars.
