Opera Creams Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c of sugar (granulated)
1 c of cream or milk
“Scant” cup of coffee (instant)
Instructions:
Combine the sugar, coffee, and cream; slowly cook over medium-low heat while continuously stirring, to avoid scorching, until (240 degrees F) on a sugar thermometer. Take out from the heat and beat like making a fudge. Make sure it will not harden in the pan. Once soft, pour onto parchment paper then cut to squares.
