Mississippi Millionaires Recipe
Ingredients:
50 caramel bars
2 Tbsps of water (at room temperature)
2 Tbsps of butter (unsalted)
3 c of pecans; halved
10 oz of candy bars (milk chocolate)
3 oz of paraffin
Instructions:
Melt together the caramel and water on a bain-marie then add the pecans. Scoop teaspoonfuls of the mixture on a parchment paper. Let it cool.
Combine chocolate with paraffin; let it melt. Dip the cooled caramelized nuts into the melted chocolate then return it on the parchment paper. Make 3-4 dozens.
