Maple Creams Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of sugar (maple)
1 c of sugar (brown)
1/2 c of water at room temperature
1/2 tsp of almond extract
Walnuts
Instructions:
Heat the water with the maple and brown sugar; cook at 240-degrees F then add almond flavoring. Let it cool at room temperature; beat till creamy and firm at the same time. Mold until it becomes smooth then shape them to a small ball and place walnut in the center of the balls. Makes 24 pieces.
