Glazed Pineapple Recipe
Ingredients:
3.5 c of pineapple (canned and sliced)
1/3 c of corn syrup (light)
2 c of sugar (granulated)
Instructions:
Drain canned pineapple and put sugar as well as syrup on juice then stir. Boil using heavy large pan and add pineapple without crowding the pan then simmer ’til fruit becomes transparent.
Separate pineapple pieces from the syrup and drain on the racks ’til very dry. Arrange in layers between waxed papers and keep in sealed container.
