Chewy Delights Recipe

Ingredients:

2 Tbsps of cocoa
2 c of sugar granulated
1 pt of heavy cream
1 & 3/4 c of Karo syrup (light)
1/2 c of butter
3 c of pecans; chopped
1 Tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Mix 2 c of granulated sugar with 2 Tbsps of cocoa. Combine the rest of the ingredients using a large pot then cook in moderate to moderate-high heat ’til candy is at appropriate temperature based on thermometer (for candy) 246 degrees Fahrenheit.

Pour candy on greased 13″ x 9″ pan. Let it cool then cut candies into bars. Wrap per candy with cellophane, twisting ends. Creates 2-3 dozens.
