Yum Balls Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of sugar (brown)
2 boxes of dates (small); sliced
1 c of margarine
1 c of coconut flakes
4 c of cereals (Rice Krispies)
1 c of nuts
Powdered sugar; sifted
Instructions:
Melt the margarine and sugar in a saucepan. Add the coconut flakes and the dates; cook at about eight mins. Take out from the heat then add cereals and nuts; mix thoroughly. Roll to form balls then roll on powdered sugar.
