Caramel Corn Recipe
Ingredients:
5 qts of corn (popped, or 2-3 bags of microwavable corn)
1 c of margarine or butter
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 c of corn syrup (light)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 c of sugar (brown); packed
1 tsp of salt
Instructions:
In huge saucepan, mix 2 c of sugar, 1 c of butter/margarine and 1/2 c of syrup then boil around five minutes. Keep away from heat then add 1 tsp of baking soda, 1 tsp of vanilla (extract) as well as 1 tsp of salt. Thoroughly stir, foaming mixture.
Arrange popcorns on cookie sheets. If desired, salted and mixed nuts can also be combined with popcorn. Pour the foamy mixture on popcorn then mix thoroughly. Bake 40 mins, 250 deg Fahrenheit. Stir mixture every after 15 mins.
