Anise-Honey Chews Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c of honey (pure)
1-1/2 tsps of star anise (ground finely, dried)

Instructions:

Cook anise and honey inside a saucepan above gentle heat till it reaches 245-250 degrees F. Pour onto a slightly greased bowl; allow to slightly cool.

Once mixture has slightly cooled or can be handled, tear parts of it and mold into the shape of a ball using your bare hands. Place the balls onto dry and clean plate; let them set.
